Here is another Top 10 list – the 10 most watched videos on YouTube. With both the Olympics and the World Cup occurring this year, it’s no surprise that Nike takes the top two spots. In fact, sports-related ads make up half the list. Budweiser came in second with two featured ads, including their Super Bowl spot, “Puppy Love.” Also as part of the list is an op-ed piece that discusses 5 trends that emerged from these top YouTube ads. A couple include brands partnering with other communities, like Buzzfeed for content and another was the creation of ads that help define social norms (for instance, creating phrases such as “Like a Girl” that become instantaneously recognizable).
